Details: The Organic Wine Trail showcases the certified organic vineyards and practices of the Santa Cruz Mountains and extends from Cupertino (Ridge Vineyards) and Saratoga (Cooper-Garrod Estate Vineyards), through Boulder Creek (Big Basin Vineyards) and Summit Road between Los Gatos and Soquel (Silver Mountain Vineyards) to Corralitos (Storrs Winery & Vineyards). The route can be split to make a nice day or weekend excursion, with excellent restaurants, picnicking, and fabulous mountain and coastal views along the way. It is a wonderful opportunity to explore the wineries of the Santa Cruz Mountains, from Cupertino to Corralitos, while learning about the extra steps vineyards and wineries take to adhere to organic standards.
